Incredibly Frustrating and Costly Mistake

This company was hired to expand an existing deck on our house, install stairs, 2 fence gates and replace a few fence boards for our back fence. There were numerous times that the owner/operator did not show up as promised to work and the communication was terrible. Permits were not submitted as promised or when we were told that they were in progress. A refund that was promised after the company was dismissed never was paid. The work would not have passed inspection.
