Walter promptly returned our phone message and within 2 days came to the house to evaluate carpet that needed stretching. He was courteous, professional and personable. The repair was done with minimal disruption to us and looks great. We appreciate his knowledge and experience.

Walter did an amazing job repairing the carpet on our stairs where the dog had chewed it away. Now, you would never know that the carpet was patched. Walter is very friendly, professional, and efficient. I will definitely be phoning him again if I have issues with my carpets in the future!

I will be moving April 11, 2020 and was concerned about some damage to wall to wall carpeting in that landlord might say new carpeting was needed etc. I left a message for Walter and he returned my call the next day . We had a conversation and he helped ease my stress about having anymore added to the bill I would be facing.
He was on the job but didnt cut me short and listened to my concerns. I appreciated that and at this time I will probably not have to worry about the damage.

Walter was great to work with. He showed up at the scheduled time, got right to work, the carpet looks great and he finished when he said he would. Price was great value. We are going to have him back to repair the carpet in the basement. I would highly recommend All Purpose Carpet Repair.

We have used Walter twice to fix the carpet at the office and have been very pleased with his work both times. He came the day I called to do the quote and was able to do the repairs within the same week. He is punctual and informative and we are very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Walter for carpet repairs.
Very satisfied with both repairs and cost of repairs. My house has white capeting that provided Walter with some challenges due to its age and degree of wear and tear as well as the degree of damage done from cats clawing. Also had some 16 yr old Berber with cigarette burns in my cellar. Repair look AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Walter just left my home, having completed a repair to my family room carpet. I could not be more pleased with the result! My dog had torn the carpet in one spot and Walter was able to repair it such that you could not even notice it. Very professional, on time, and small jobs like this are his forte.
Walter was very personable. He was on time ( which is a big thing with me) and did a great job fixing the 2 spots my dogs had destroyed. Would highly recommend him.
On time and professional Walter did a great job repairing a carpet pull we had experienced in our hallway. He then proceeded to check all the carpet seams in each room for future problems. Would not hesitate to call him again.
