When my relatively new (3 years old) Sears snowblower died, and Sears refused to help me, I asked Pat's if they could take a look at it. After finding the problem, Don explained exactly what they found wrong, what work was needed to repair the engine, and what the repair would cost me. It was well worth having it repaired. Went in for lawn mower repair and the service was completed on time and at a good price. Very friendly service, organized shop, and experienced mechanics. This customer brought a gas powered air compressor in for service. He was told we only service the gasoline engine which was completed. The compressor head required repair as well which would require work by another vendor.
