I was told to have Nikki, my deceased Yorkie at Sydney Animal Hospital by 10:00 am to have her cremated. When I left, I was told her ashes would be available in a couple of hours but they would call my cell when ready. it was 5:10 pm before I got what I hope was my baby's ashes. At one point I was mistakenly offered the ashes of another dog. That was the point where I loss all faith in this business. I can only hope that I have my baby's ashes. I'll never know for sure.
