In early December, we contracted snow removal services from Elmer's Paving, Trucking and Excavating (Keltic Drive). The service included seasonal snow removal with a backhoe, plus shovelling walkways and steps on the Northside. Nutshell: Only came once (5-9 missed). Multiple excuses, offered refund, but so far not provided.
Our experience with Elmer has been dismal. I would recommend contracting any other service than his, unless you're in the habit of making donations to for-profit businesses.
