The staff's service was exceptional. The product with it's accessories we rented work very well, giving us the experience we were looking for as a renter. The pricing was very fair. I only wish now I had purchased the tool out right. I definitely will be giving Bay Rentals referrals to people I know in the community. Thanks for the great service!
Went there to rent a drum sander and edger to re-do a hard wood floor. I was told it would be $55 for the pair - with sandpaper would more than likely come in well under $100. On Saturday I paid a $150 deposit and got a quick brief on how to use them heading home. The drum sander self destructed the first couple of sheets of sandpaper because I had been given a poor brief on how to load the drum sander - apparently there were 2 adjustment screws not just one. When I returned the machines on Monday (with the majority of the sandpaper brought back) they only refunded me $6. After 10 mins of checking the bill they agreed something was wrong and I had to come back after work to straighten it out. Then they refunded me a further 30 which made for a $114 charge. I was charged $35 for each machine, so $70 instead of $55. Turns out 70 was the right price but whatever - I was told 55. I asked that the manager contact me the next business day over the bill but he did not.
