HAPI NS offers high quality, professional inspections that meet or exceed the Canadian Association of Home & Property Inspections current Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. ( www.cahpi-atl.com )
Always remembering that a home inspection is a visual non destructive observation of the properties systems and how they operate together, or dont in some cases, the Inspector uses his knowledge, training and communication skills tuned during many hundreds of inspections to ensure the client is fully aware of and fully understands any issues identified during the inspection process.
Not everything in a property is pleasant. understanding the issue and the clients concerns allows me to communicate even the most intimidating things in a way that provides the client with the correct information and the knowledge of what requires to be done.Remember no property is perfect or maintenance free.
