I'm writing this in 2022. The COVID-19 pandemic is still happening. We're still learning about the long-term health effects of COVID-19. And even the most vulnerable people need groceries, so it seems reasonable to think that a grocery store might be more cautious about a public health emergency than some other businesses.
Shame on them for not requiring masks inside the store, and doing nothing anymore to enable distancing. Terrible handling of an ongoing crisis.
