Despite calling them 10 days ago for oil delivery, they never did; finally running of oil on 01 Jan 2021 just before a significant storm. Despite claiming to have emergency deliveries; they don’t. Atrocious customer service and totally unreliable. Be warned.
Awful,when you pay for automatic service a still run out of fuel that is pretty bad.? i should get a free tank of oil.They tell you that you donot need to worry about running out of oil when youare on automatic fill up.Well I guess I was wrong and need to switch companies.
