Do not hire this company for landscaping. They created a mess in our backyard and didn't properly grade the lawn and stone pad. This resulted in sloping towards the house and water pooling at the back door. Mr. Singleton will only fix the problem they created if we pay him more money. His position is that they couldn't have predicted flooding would occur. We had another landscaper come in and he was appalled at how the job was done and confirmed they did not properly grade.

Great salesmanship until deposit given Sept/13, then many issues:No show on start date. Garage completed Nov/13. Dismissed issues during build: ventilation,floor slope,uneven floor floods,raised garage pad,continue to cause problems. Also man door and window leaks still today. Shingles blew off installed during cold temperatures.Held back final payment until work completed. Relationship ended on a handshake. May 2016 saw the owner in public place where he called us rip-off artist & thieves.
