Most unhelpful staff ever! Always an issue redeeming their offers. They are unwilling to fix their errors - all you get is you have to call in. Don't order using their app - you are completely on your own when they screw up.
my husband ordered a whopper Jr ,fries a chocolate shake & BBQ bacon whopper. We waited for 10 mins and finally got 1/2 the order. the gal never entered in the whopper Jr, said he never ordered it, he did I was standing behind him went he placed the order. They offered to make a burger, but by that time I was tired of waiting & her telling my husband that he didn't order I just wanted to leave. Will not go back there any time soon.
