    poor customer service

    I had a problem with a fence they constructed. They put a cheap latch on the fence door and the first storm (1 week after construction) caused dammage to the door. The owner came to my home, saw the dammage and told us he would fix it ASAP. I've called 3 times over a period of 2 months to leave messages but they will not return my phonecalls. We had to fix he door ourselves. Had they fixed the door I would have been a happy customer.
