Academy Towing

I was happy with my service the driver seemed very nice.

Waiting for my car at the crossing that the lady told me when I called at first time m told me in about 20mimts...after an hour I called again they said will be there within 2 mints...after 3ints I gave 3rd call the guy asked me can you find someone can speak English? Cuz they left the car somewhere else and thought I couldn't understand the street name they told me... Very rude! Bad service!

BAD experience (or lack thereof)

Called for a tow. Told me about an hour, they called back and said 3 hours. Four and 1/2 hours later asked if I was still with the vehicle (no, I had to go to work). 8.5 hours later they left a message saying couldn't find the place but would be there in 1/2 hour. They never showed up. They need to go back to the Academy to learn about customer service, timeliness and how to use a GPS.
