    We found our expe...

    We found our experience with Creative Millwork & Design very disappointing. The owner was unprofessional, cut corners and made arbitrary decisions without consulting us. Any concerns we expressed were met with a battle ram of excuses. Our walnut island had white PVC frames that you could see between all the doors. When we complained, he wanted to colour them with a permanent marker. We had to ask several times before seeing final diagrams-and he started the cabinets without written sign off.

    OK Quality - Terrible Customer Service

    A two month project dragged on for nearly five months and all throughout I was constantly pushed for payments. I had to pay nearly 50% down and was not given any sort of drawings, in fact, I had to provide my best attempt at a drawing ! I followed up with Jaye for months asking for my relatively minor issues to be addressed and was told my issue would not be addressed. Extremely disappointed with this disregard for keeping customers happy.
