I have found that when other places can't help you that Ritchie's will. And they give you time and lots of information. They don't just shrug their shoulders if they don't k ow if they have something. They'll do the work of looking up what's available. Saved me lotsa money and atimefoinf there first. Also, they are locally owned and treat the employees very well. Many staff have been there for over a decade. Support this local business.
Service not to bad but product not so good,
had to take counter top back twice. It would of cost me lots if I had someone else install the product. Should of offered a discount or something! My wife said I should of went to Home Depot, should of button late now.
The worse customer relation I have ever seen.Second grade products and I would say there employees would rate lower than that,very very poor service,if you need good service and good products this is NOT the place for you.
