I was pleasantly surprised when they called and said the job would be done two months earlier than originally scheduled. They arrived 10 minutes before they said and the whole job was completed in 5 hours. Everything was taken care of including moving items off the deck and putting them back. The cleanup of the worksite was excellent as well, they very carefully broomed up the driveway making sure no stray nails were left behind. I was very pleased with the job they did!
Another person said that they were rude...not sure what was the expectation there. For me was a good call and they answered all my questions and also give me some advice (I am not an expert on roofs).
They seem professional and honest.
I would never deal with this company simply for the fact that the person answering the main line is extremely RUDE!I understand screening calls but this place is rediculous! POOR POOR SERVICE
