Reservations Not Honoured !! Our family reserved 2 rooms for 5 nights stay at this hotel. Reservation confirmed, 2 Rooms, Water View, 2 Beds Per Room. We arrived at 11:30 pm and were given rooms with 1 bed, and were told that if we didn't like it we could go to another hotel. This was at 11:30 pm, having just arrived from the airport after a long flight with my 4 year old son. We didn't have a choice but to sleep in the sub-par rooms the management deemed suitable for us. I slept on a cot.
