Staff are friendly. Food in the deli is either tasteless or lousy with salt, and lacks the variety in options other Sobeys stores offer. Produce and other expiry-sensitive foods are left of the shelves long after they should have been discarded, so you really have to read the labels and be careful about what you are buying.
