I ordered flowers for my cousins birthday. They turned out beautiful and were delivered right on time! My cousin said the delivery person was so delightful and gracious. I live in California so it's like venturing into the unknown ordering flowers out of the country. Holland Nurseries treated me like family and made me feel so comfortable ordering from them. I wish there were a Holland Nurseries near me!!
I ordered flowers and chocolates for my wife on the Tuesday before Mother’s Day. They ran out of the vases used for my arrangement, but they called to notify and offered an appropriate substitution.
When delivered on Saturday, they forgot the chocolates and only sent the small arrangement (I ordered the large/premium).
They delivered a new arrangement, and it was much worse. They omitted all daisies and carnations. It only had 9 roses and 5 lilies. My wife thought they looked awful.
