Bubba's Tubs & Pools

Absolutely terrible service. Sent guys to service our hot tub, who take everything apart & lay it on the ground. Look at it for 5 seconds & say they'll get parts & come back & we never see them again. We actually had to tell them to take a picture of the part. Fast forward to 7 pm, we had to put the hot tub back together. Call the office the next day & they didn't even know about it. Said they would get the part & come back. A week later spoke to April who says sorry nothing we can do!

My husband and I purchased a hot tub, a few months back, from Bubba’s Tubs & Pools through multiple recommendations from friends. The customer service from Greg and the team is phenomenal. They take their time to build a relationship with you throughout the process & will be there for you throughout the entire life of your tub to answer questions and assist you in any way they can. I’m so glad to be in the Bubba’s Tubs club - lol! :)

It took months to get them to order a cover for my tub. When it finally arrived, they could not deliver because staff had quit. Ordered filter inserts for my tub, after a few moths waiting, and complaining, found them on their shelf for sale. They never called me when they arrived. Very poor customer service skills.
