When my nan insisted that it hadn't been cleaned in 20+ years and there was no way it didn't need a cleaning, they assured her it didn't, took their $60 and left. When my nan tried to phone the sales agent, Fred, she had set the whole ordeal up with he didn't answer her call. In fact, at the number on their business card they actually claimed she had the wrong number and gave her a number to call. The number wasn't registered.
