Munn Insurance

Munn’s decided to pay half of the costs when I had water damage due to frozen pipes and the adjuster had the audacity to say, “You can get the job done cheaper around the bay.” A huge slight to all those qualified carpenters. I had to get people who weren’t qualified and did shotty work, I replaced top grade carpet with some that was bottom of the line, etc. The old slogan is true “you can’t beat Munn’s by”. Take your business elsewhere people, I did.

Absolutely WORST experience I've ever had. I was drawn to them due to the cheap rates, but it was all a sham. Don't fall victim to their deceit. Youll save a lot of headach and money by going to the next guy. Completely unprofessional and unreasonable when addressing my problems as well.
