    BE EXTRA CAREFUL WHEN IN GANDER - you just might have to come here. I write this in hour 6 of waiting with the same 4 people in triage. I'm told that there's one single (highly incompetent) doctor working right now, in a town of 12,000. As I sit here with a broken foot in a wheelchair, I find it seriously impressive the level of ridiculous this place is. I have not been offered ice, so my girlfriend has had to rip up a garbage bag and get it from a drink machine nearby.
