I won first prize at the Halloween dance, I do not live in Carbonear or near Carbonear, I was just there for the Halloween dance. First prize was two tickets to the New Year’s Eve dance which I cannot attend, I was told that they could not give me the monitary value of the tickets, therefore, I did not receive anything for first prize. Those winning second and third got more than I did. This is unfair of the K of C to think that whoever gets first prize can attend. This is a useless prize.
