Small Point - Broad Cove - Blackhead - Adam's Cove made up of several communities on the North Shore of Conception Bay, between Kingston (formerly Upper Small Point) and Western Bay. The Municipality was incorporated in 1972 (originally including Kingston, who withdrew in 1976).
