I have never been to a more horrible place for customer service. You wait at the desk forever for someone to acknowledge your existence. The optometrist has no idea what is doing and should go back to school. He would give me contacts that were to weak than to strong and continued to say he didn't know what to do for me and I had to ask/tell him to order my actual prescription. Not only to mention sometimes with contacts they have manufacture defects and they do not replace those ones. you have to deal with it or buy a whole new set. I have never had this issue at any other vouge opticals and will not be giving my business to this one ever again.
