Saint John Taxi

Booked pickup an HOUR in advance, but they were no shows. Ended up late to work.

Last Sat night I called Saint John taxi for a cab I was told it would be at least 20 mins so I said I will wait I had called other cab companies before Saint John taxi But was told they were very busy and it would be at least an hour. So I waited no cab I called back and was told its on the way but not how long still no cab.I called back I was told I was next on the list still no cab. why was I not told from the beginning there was no cabs available instead of giving Me the run around.VERY POOR

Saint John taxi has a few bad reviews. I have used them solely for uptown to airport runs. Both ways. They have always been early for my pick ups. Very professional and curtious. Trying to get another taxi to or from the airport has been an issue for me.

Do not use this company any more. After using their service for years I can say the company is not what it used to be. The dispatcher will tell you 5 mins when he means 30 to one hour. The owners brother who drives a cab asked me use anther company only because I asked for the owners number to inform him of what's wrong. He was ride and ignorant and I will never use them again. As a university student I will push to never have any one I know use their service
