Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It was a great place when the older gentleman was running it, but this younger guy is awful. I returned my supposedly repaired machine the following day and the guy refused to stand behind his service. I ended up throwing out my machine and buying a new one - just wish I had done that before spending $100.
