    First and last time using this company, only called because I was told 2hrs buy another company, royal said 25min, it's been over 2hrs with no sign of them!

    I had to have a p...

    I had to have a package delivered from one end of the city to another. But I also had to pay with debit. Most parcel delivery companies do not take debit. The dispatcher at this place was super polite and helpful. He found one of his taxi drivers to do the delivery. I have never talked to a taxi dispatcher as polite and friendly as this guy.
