Poor customer service. Refused to set appointment time. Was told to drop off vehicle for a day to get a simple estimate. Was also told if I couldn’t do that, they didn’t want my business. Poor business conduct for this day and age.
Very unprofessional. The owner failed to offer a solid estimate without an appointment but also refused to set an appointment time to provide an estimate. Was effectively told on the phone “we don’t want your business.” Don’t worry Autobody Plus you will never get my business in the future.
