I called this driller a while back. On the phone, he sounded okay, but when I met him in person, the conversation soon became negative and hostile. That took me by surprise. It was unpleasant.
Why would any sensible contractor be arrogant and insulting with a customer? Obviously, it’s better to be courteous, and answer questions patiently.
For such an expensive project as drilling a well, a contractor should be willing to explain and discuss. This guy seemed unwilling, so I hired someone else.
