Ordered a full tank back in February. When they filled though, the gauge read only 3/4 full but they charged me over 700 litres of oil which would have filled it. I have a lock on my fill pipe but the delivery guy didn't even lock it afterwards- said there was a problem with the lock but he had just moved the combination number out of place so if he had put it back to the unlock code, he could have closed it?? He couldn't figure that out??? I called to report the problem in delivery but they refused to take it seriously and the manager just laughed at me, blaming my gauge. When I got fuel from Park Fuels next though, the gauge worked as it should so the problem was Arrow Fuels shorted me.
