Second time I’ve used appliance Doctor. Last year for washing machine and today for dryer. They gave me a window of 1-hour for my appointment. They showed up within that window. Took the dryer apart fixed it. And were in and out, with an electronic invoice in 20 minutes. The technician was polite and friendly and wore his mask. Thankyou !!!

After calling another appliance repair service on Dec19th I was given a date of Jan 3rd for a service call; called appliance Doctor on the 20th and they scheduled us in end of day on the 23rd . They were on time and fixed the dishwasher which was FABULOUS since it was 2 days before Christmas ! Much appreciated!
I have used The Appliance Doctor twice now. I am so very impressed with how quickly they diagnosed and fixed both my fridge and stove. Also got him to look at my dryer and he said it was okay. These are very honest man. Also they took their shoes off which I thought was thoughtful.
These guys are the best! I left a message with the answering service and I was called back very soon after. They arrived on time, were friendly and figured out the problem in no time. After the repair was completed I was called to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Had an excellent experience. Quick reply to our phone call and came to our house on the weekend to repair our washing machine (no extra charge for the weekend). Very reasonable rate and very pleasant customer service. Would highly recommend!
Not repaired the first time and charged over $100 for parts and service. Returned a second time 4 days later and charged for another part which fixed the problem.
