This is by far one of the most arrogant oufits I have ever had the displeasure to do business with ! I have had my Kitchen Aid fridge broken for over two months and I still have to wait another 2 weeks just for the guy to "try" a board on it because he obviously dosen't have the test equipment or knowledge to repair it. They tried to recharge me for a service call after it was already under their warranty, and that second call was just to tell me he doesn't know whats wrong,but ill guess at it!
We run a seniors care home and do several loads of laundry each day. Yesterday, my washer would not work. I couldn't imagine going a few days waiting for service or waiting for delivery of a new machine. At 10 am, I called Service Plus and the girl that answered (sorry, I didn't get her name) was so friendly. I explained our situation, and she said Trent was in our approximate area and she would try to get him to pop in. By 1:45 Trent was at our door, had the part we needed, installed and done by 2:20. What a life-saver! Thanks for the excellent service and quick response. You made my day much easier!!
Polite and efficient service from the moment you call their office. Prompt service, requested service call on monday afternoon, and wednesday at 5 my tenants had their dryer repaired. Merci!
