Terrible service they gave us a chinch bug spray at end of season mowing it probably wouldn’t work. Being that we had moved from Nova Scotia we never heard of these Bugs. 2 weeks later our grass was still being infested. We called them asking if the technician could come back out and spray again. Never heard from him again, instead we had debates over the phone with secretary telling us that someone would come by and no one ever did. Still having to deal with this. So much with 100% guaranteed.

I am sad to see these horrible comments about this company. I have been dealing with servicemaster for 5 years now and have never had a problem with delivery supplies, carpeting cleaning and more. Keep up the great work our preschool industry needs you.

This is the worst...

This is the worst cleaning company, they break tables, coffee cups, they take to many smoke breaks, they talk to much while working , they talk more and work less. Lazy people, in most companies is prohibit for family members to come to their place of work during work and business our, their spouses came twice, and park in my drive way for over 15 minutes. So the job that was do for 3 days it took them 4 days, place they were rude and talk behind customers back. And the place is a mess.

This was an excellent firm 10 years ago, but has slipped horribly. They took forever, didn't show up when they were suppossed to, didn't inventory the items they had to store, and then lost some my possessions. I too was in worse shape after they had been there then before the damage.

Would never recom...

Would never recommended servicemaster to anyone dealing with a disaster clean up. They made the damage in my basement 10x worse than it originally was. There are more professional companies out there to help you.
