YMCA-YWCA Of Winnipeg Preschool Child Care Centres Downtown Creative Play

So happy to finally have son out. Concerns: 1) never answering their phones 2) ID-ing me, not knowing who I was 4 months after my child attending (I was only one who ever picked him up) 3) going there on multiple occasions and staff first not knowing who I was, then not knowing for sure where he was 4)I arrived one day at 515, daycare closes at 6, he was hyperventilating on the couch and no one was paying attention, said he’s said cuz I’m late. I pay until 6. 5)only seen 2/10 ladies smile
