Honestly I cant say enough good things about this place & the family who runs/owns it. Every time myself or my wife need anything may it be big or small the end results are always beyond our expectations! Most recently I took my wifes wedding ring in to get some work with the diamonds done and they ended up giving us a whole new band and it sparkles a million times more. They helped me suprise her and she was elated and the smile on her face was priceless & cant thank you enough visions Of Gold!
Worst experience ever. They had terrible customer service, very unprofessional and the owner was the rudest of all. They had a piece of my jewellery for over 2 months after saying it would be 1-2 weeks. After all that they said it was unfixable, I took it to another local jewelry store where they fixed it in 8 days for $50 less than Visions if Gold quoted. Don’t waste your time and money at this terrible place.
Excellent PERSONAL service. Helpful in selecting a gift for our silver wedding anniversary. Used them for mounting a gemstone in a formerly plain ring.
