    Reday is excellent!!! Very friendly and helpful. We went on a sunday, looked at upgrading both phones. He went over the plans and different options. Gave us a really good deal plus freebies on top of that. Would highly recommend. Great customer service!!!!

    I visited Visions twice in the last few days and Derek helped me both times. Derek was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous and I would highly recommend him and Visions to anyone looking for electronics.

    On the advice of a friend, We chose to purchase a 55 inch Samsung at the St. James store in Winnipeg. Purchased the TV on December 6, despite the fact the units were on order. We had 2 other options to purchase the TV,but chose Visions.After numerous phone calls and several visits, all we got was call back in the afternoon or call back at dinner.No real effort to look into the situation in greater depth.Assurances that we would get our TV before Xmas, just blowing smoke. Look elsewhere.

    Bad service. Awful female receptionist who has no respect for customers. I ask to book an appointment and she told me I shouldn’t have called because they’re busy. I work 8-5pm 6/7 days a week. My last day off they had my car all day..but the install wasn’t done properly. I can’t even unlock my driver door anymore. My key rolls down my windows when I try to use that to unlock my door. She wouldn’t even listen to why I needed o book another appointment so they could take a look at the wiring....

    Was very happy with service. Had to return a certain tv because of a problem with it and exchanged it. Gave us a deal on a better bigger tv. Was helped out by Ali. Great customer service!! Friendly staff.

    Well i never did like sales persons they come on strong just to get a sale .. His name is christain with the tattoos . But this guy was awesome he helped me so much , now there is brad the cell guy he did 3 phones for me he was the best . I am going back again just to buy something because i felt like a friend there not just a sale . thanks guys see you on black friday

    Wonderful customer service. I went in to buy a certain TV, but the sales associate advised me that there was a better model available for the same price. I would definitely recommend it.

    Im standing at Visions as we speak, i purchased a laptop last night before close. The laptop battery didnt hold a charge very long so i came in to refund it and purchase something else. I had spoke to a man at the register and said i needed to talk to the manager, i spoke with the manager and due to he cant resell because i opened it he made me and my 3 year old daughter thats standing with me reset the laptop and stand there for hours until it is finish. I will never come back!

    Very awful customer service

    This store has absolutely terrible customer service - one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The staff here have no tact, diplomacy, courtesy, or respect. I will never go here again.

    I had a great exp...

    I had a great experience at this store. The sales person Victoria was polite, courteous and was very knowledgeable. I had many questions and took a great deal of Victoria's time. She showed a great amount of patience and her professionalism was outstanding . I would strongly recommend this store and Victoria. They are my go to electronics shop for future purchases.

    Brutal experience...

    Brutal experience. They sold me a broken tv with no remote or tv stand. And I had to fight to get them to get me a new one. It's been 2 weeks and I still don't have a tv.

    Would not deal with again

    I bought a tv from visions and had nothing but problems. I know it's not their fault that these problems occurred (it was the manufacturers) but they were so rude and difficult that they made the whole experience even worse
