Fox & Hounds Tavern has been hosting memorable moments for friends since 1928. "It conveys the impression of being a social centre wherein one may with ease and comfort pass a quiet hour with a neighbour" This was written in The Hotel News in 1928 and remains true today... Although perhaps the tavern has never really been as quiet and subdued as this journalist may have us believe. Almost a hundred years later, Fox and Hounds still lives in the tradition of the tavern for the weary traveller and the gathering place for the neighbourhood common-folk.
