Singleton's Hair Care

I had been without a haircut due to the COVID 19 closure of businesses. I was looking for a new barber as my regular barber did not have the procedures or facility to open. Singletons is a CAA recommended vendor that has a very good web site with prices, hours, open status, personnel on duty, wait times, and ability to book an appointment. Walk-ins are not accepted currently, but I was accepted. You need a mask. I had one.

This was by far the worst haircut experience we have ever had. We had a photograph which CLEARLY showed what style my son wanted his hair cut.Not only did the stylist say she understood, we said it should be a bit longer.Although the shop was empty, she seemed to rush through the cut.My son was left with a look of a buzz cut and the top a chopped version of a mohawk!Not only did she completely butcher my sons hair, Singletons refused any refund.Find another place.Gave 1 star -0 was not an option
