Had shellac done 2 weeks ago and by the fifth day they were peeling!! They use cheap polish

Last week I went in and got a pedicure and gel nails, as I had a gift card and normally their pedicures are good. The gel nails are awful. It took her double the time it should have, the nails were way to thick, and cracked by the next day. On top of that once my nails were done they just ignored me till I decided my toes were dry and went to cash out on my own. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to cash me out since the manager was on break and no one else could. Will never go back.

The most incomplete pedicure I have ever had

To the lady that did my pedicure today. I have never had such a quick and dirty job of that service in my life. You did not remove all the dry skin from my heels and when I talked to you about it you said because you used the razor you didn't want to irritate my skin. I had to go home and use a foot file to get off what I paid you to take off in the first place. I know this business because I worked in the beauty industry for 20 yrs, myself. You didn't warranty your work. I won't be back.

This place is AWFUL. The first time I went to get fills, the girl was so absolutely rude to me. She wouldn't do what I want at all and when she was "finished" just got up and walked away. Didn't direct me to the drying area or say have a good day, simply got up and walked away. I tried to give them one more chance so I went the other day and not only did my fills take SO long, the lady doing my nails started clipping her nails in front of me....
