Untrustworthy Company, Don't care about Customers interests

I hired Remax to lease my commercial building and I paid Remax in full for service. We had trouble with tenants a year later and required to take them to court. I never received a copy of the commercial lease agreement and Remax refused or was unable to provide me with a copy of the lease agreement. I demanded a copy from the Remax Manager however she would not reply to my 2 faxes and my verbal requests. I have reason to believe they lost the contract. Do not use Remax, poor customer service.
