Put a comforter in for dry cleaning on Nov 12 2016, checked back in a week, not back yet, checked in another week, not yet, checked back again in 2 weeks, Dec 2, not back yet, checked again in another week, not back yet, they put a trace on it, never called me, I called them on Dec 22, oh we lost it they said, do you want a store credit or cash! After almost 6 weeks and no phone call from them, I had to follow up on something they lost, and cash value is depreciated! Never going back there again
