I liked the service I got there under the previous management. The manager made me feel very comfortable when it was time for my appointment. The staff invited me to have a seat in the massage chairs. They started with a lemon foot scrub and a hot stone massage. The staff offered a friend a seat in the massage chairs. Palm 2 Sole delivers excellent customer service. I wait to see what it is like with the new management, as I have an upcoming appointment with them.
Had a great experience getting a shellac manicure at Palm2Sole today! I was a little hesitant to go in based on some of the past reviews, but the woman I had was quick and efficient, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and my nails look fantastic! Very happy with the result
Awful, took around 2 hours and left terribly unhappy. The staff was speaking in their language the whole time, did not engage in any conversation at all once the whole visit. My nails are all different shades because she could not find the original polish she used when doing the last coat, they are also all different shapes and lengths I asked her to fix them over 3 times but she didn't make any effort to even them out. I could've did a better job on my own. Not at all happy do not recommend
Do not recommend. My nails look awful and I am embarrassed to even walk around. I received a Shellac manicure and my nails look worst then when I walked in. The product is awful and so was the owner...I may as well done them myself instead of paying $50. If you want a manicure that looks like it was done by kids, then this is your place.

I do not recommen...
I do not recommend anyone spending money at Palm 2 Sole. The service is horrible!
This was my second time here, I got a gift certificate that I had to use otherwise I wouldn't have gone back.
The first time my polish lasted 3 days we will see how long it lasts this time.
They do not take the time that you would expect, the selction of colors is very minimal and I left with my hands and feet feeling drier than ever.
I went in for a manicure and pedicure and left feeling like my money was wasted! If I could give the rating a zero... I would.

I have never been...
I have never been so disappointed with my nails before! I walked in there.. It wasn't busy. There were 3 workers there that made me wait 15 min to start my nails. There was only one customer. Anyways the girl started my nails they were crooked, to big or to small on my nail. My nails are all different lengths. I asked them nicely to fix them, they wouldn't. I would give them a zero rating. Please don't waste your money there.
