The receptionist was so rude I did not end up booking an appointment. I was told they needed the model number so I dug around and found the manual only to be told that wasn���t a complete model number. And if they couldn���t find the model number when they came the parts wouldnt be available and the service call was $125. There���s no point in spending $125 if they don���t give you any confidence that they will be able to fix it, I���m not wasting my money here.Called Mike���s instead.
Horrible company! Website says covid compliant but when questioned about mask, told us he doesn’t have one and who has to wear one anyway!! He ended up leaving without doing work as he said we made him wait 5 minutes (husband had to come home because technician refused to turn the breaker on himself). Called office - they were defensive, stated info was from google, not them, I should have made technician wear one and go ahead write a review and report them. Worst. Ever.
I used this company to fix my dishwasher. They charged me $250 and claimed it was fixed. Well it was not. They are down again and charged me another $175 to fix it. But again I had the same problem, I asked them to either fix it properly or return my money as I could almost buy a new dishwasher at this rate. They refused, when I said that we needed to resolve this or I would file a BBB complaint they began taunting me eg) calling with the correct spelling of their names etc as they laughed.
Are water tank went on Sunday. I called at least ten other companies. Most did not even answer the phone. Noris came down replaced the tank. Norm the tech that was here. Was friendly and clean. Would recommend this company and I will them first
Very bad experience. It's a long story but needless to say the owner interrupted me to say "so call someone else then" and hung up on me. He must have been having a bad day because I was only calling to cancel a 2.5 he late appointment. It was no big deal but his attitude was. I will NEVER use them for anything and will tell others not to bother. He doesn't value customers or have common courtesy

great company, good customer service, well organized. definitely recommend them. WILL be going to this company again!
Very disappointed. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment. Booked off work from 9 to 1 and the repairman didn't show. I called them the next day and repairman apologized and rebooked for 3 days later. Again booked off work to accommodate and guess what. No show. Nothing. I called back and found out "he can't make it today". Don't waste your time with this company.
Phoned Norris to repair a control on our stove, was told a couple weeks to get a part in. After hearing nothing i phoned and they assured me only a couple more weeks. Finally when I was told the part was still not in and i would have to wait a couple more weeks i decided not to phone again and just go with another company. I havent heard anything about the part and its been at least a year.
They came in to repair my dryer and were amazing, professional and very kind. He even cleaned up the small mess that was made. Their rates are decent and their work is great, I will use them again first choice.
