WORST service, rude staff, no one knows what they're doing, no one calls you back. You pay them but it always feels like you're working to have them do what they should be doing.
We had a window and doors installed. Doors were installed wrong and we were told by the owner that it was 'our fault because we should have watched the installer'. A large mess was left outside our home. Wrong hardware was installed on our doors (all hardware was ordered in silver but for some reason they installed these awful gold handles) and when I got home and called to question it I was given a run around and totally felt like they were just trying to pull the wool over our eyes!
They were careless when removing our old doors causing damage to the front of our home that they did not even offer to repair.
Not one sorry was given through this whole experience. Still not satisfied with the results even after they came back and finally installed the right hardware we paid for!
We were stuck cleaning up their mess, re installing the locks so that they worked, adjusting the doors so they shut properly and will have to repair the damage to the front of the home come warmer weather.
I spoke with the sales guy, the receptionist, the installer and then the owner - all of which were made aware of our concerns and not one person has ever cared to follow up or contact us to see how things went/to make it right. Says a lot about this place!
Would NEVER recommend as I would not wish their service on anyone!
Nisby Home Renovations came to our Country Home (which we like to call paradise). They were punctual, friendly & made us feel at ease and performed an amazing job on our home. They replaced our old windows with new modern technological ones. I can now see our beautiful property. Thank you so much & we will call you again.

We contacted Nisby for our home project (roof, windows and siding). The sales person came and spent more than 2 hours measuring everything and asking for our choices. After that, we never heard back from them. We contacted the main office 3 weeks later, but received nothing.
What a waste of our time and how unprofessional. If the project was too big for them, they should have had the guts to tell us that.

Nisby said they will start working on our windows in two weeks. They started working after 3 months, which still isn't finished. After changing just 2 of our windows, we asked them about some work salesperson promised us to do, workers stopped working and said haven't been notified about that. Its has been 6 months, I have called them so many times but never got a call back. A few days back the salesperson came to my house, wouldn't listen what we wanted to say. When I brought up the work he said he would do, he talked rudely and said we are forcing him? Then he behaved bad and stormed out of the house. We don't know what is going on. we were planning on selling the house , its on hold just because of them. we wanted to change windows for heat saving before winter bit its almost summer now. I feel cheated by big name. Called in today again still no replies. The worst service I have ever seen.

Fantastic Service and product
Thank you Nisby Home Renovations for the fantastic Service and quality workmanship on my Windows and Siding.
Right from start to finish, everything went smoothly. My neighbors and friends are incredibly impressed with all the results, and the curb appeal... awesome!
The trades all cleaned up after themselves, which was a great touch!
Would recommend to anyone!
If you want a good product but poor service, then Nisby Home Renovations is for you. My windows were supposed to be installed within 4 to 8 weeks. They were all installed 17 weeks later. I had to call Nisby numerous times to try to get an update on my windows. My salesperson was quick in writing the order but did not have enough customer service skills or just did not care enough to keep me aprised on my window status. I would never use Nisby Home Renovations again for any of my home renovations projects.
