I had my daughters graduation dress altered here. The expense of alterations was ridiculous, and the dress came back with a botched hem and bead work missing. While they offered to repair the hemline, the bead work would be extra. I told her that if I drop something off, you'd expect they would return in the same condition, and, or make it right. Not this place! She went on and on yelling, and justifying why I should pay more money to fix their mistake. Over explaining her reasons, just confirms
First time was to replace the main zipper on a Sun Ice ski jacket. Second was to replace the entire lining on an Italian winter coat with three pockets and zip-in liner. Very satisfied.

I had a dress taken in approx half an inch on each side. I was in and out in approx five minutes, didn't have to wait at all.
I didn't think to ask the cost as it was a pretty simple job, total came to just over $50. I don't get a lot of alterations done so I'm not sure if this was above average but I was kind of surprised.
