Doing a new build and was assigned Alex on regent - never responded. Required several emails with a request to answer questions His main interest is to upsell but that wasn’t the worst he also charged for items that were included my package If he’s your rep inspect all charges
I required vanities in two bathrooms, but also had questions and concerns about work to be done in my kitchen after having an adjoining wood burning fireplace removed. I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan. He was able to provide so much advice and direction. I no longer felt overwhelmed by the scope of work required. He was able to advise where my money was better spent. Scheduling, delivery and installation was on point. Baths are done - cant wait for the kitchen! Highly recommend!
We had Kitchen Craft design and install our kitchen. We were very impressed with the designers knowledge and very happy with the installation. So happy that we had them design and install our ensuite bathroom and master bathroom. Great customer service and a pleasure to deal with.
While i have done kitchen reno's in the past this was my first experience with Kitchen craft. They were great to deal with throughout the entire process. They made it easy throughout the design process and addressed my needs and wants all the way through to installation and service work. their design team was far more knowledgeable than the competitors I had gone to see, They did come back for some warranty work (pretty standard with any reno) and every issue was addressed in a timely manner.
My kitchen craft experience was unacceptable. I'ts been almost 2 months now since the installation and the project still is not complete. They have been to my home several times after the inital installation on "service work calls" only to not have all the pieces they need to finish the job. Basically after the sale was complete and they had my money the salesperson completely dropped the ball and just simply does not return my calls anymore. I can't even get the manager to call me back. Not to mention that they sub contracted out the countertops, which is fine but after a month of waiting for them to organize the templating and installation I was forced to call around to different kitchen craft personnel until I was able to find out where they were planning to get the countertops made and lined it all up myself I'm sure if i had left that part up to the salesperson I would not even have countertops yet. Before what was suppost to be the final service call I sent a detailed list of deficiencies to the salesperson and it still did not get completed. I could go on about all the small details that were unacceptable but I would be here all day. Bottom line, stay away from kitchen craft!
