I'm not one to say bad things about anyone or any business.. But I had brought in a doll passed down from my grandmother, the hair had fallen out of place from its band breaking (age), & pearl strings had broken off from my cats. When I had went to pick up my doll, one of the pearl strings was not in the right place, her hair had glue everywhere to keep in place (should've replaced hair band with another) & the pearl strings should have been glued on properly in place, instead Dollarama pins were used instead & barely holds on. I ended up being billed $86 for this.. I was not & am still not impressed. Especially about glue being used on her hair.. it's now ruined. I probably could've fixed my doll myself but I figured I would try finding someone with experience fix it.. Now I wish I hadn't. :( Just giving a heads up if your looking to get a porcelain doll fixed.
