walked in for an acrylic set/toe polish change. The girl at the front said “ the tech can do both”. The tech did good on the nails, after she finished i asked about the polish change and she said “if you want that.. you’ll have to wait.” I said “i’ll wait” to which she responded “like a really long time though..” as she continued to pack up her things and walk to the front counter for payment. She then picked up the phone and called someone during payment. I felt rushed/unappreciated as a cust.
Terrible service, should learn some basic manners and reply politely if customer is telling u a concern
Had a shellac manicure and was initially very pleased however within 8 days the shellac started to come off the tip of one nail and then came off another and then within 2 weeks the shellac came off the third nail. Was told when I had my manicure that there was a 2 week guarantee on the shellac polish but when I called was told it was only 1 week and so there was nothing they would do about it except I could have it done over and pay for it. Not what I expected with shellac.
I got my permanent lashes from them and am really satisfied with the final output. I also loved the kind of care and delicacy they maintained with my eyes. Certainly recommended to all.
Whenever I have a party to attend, I take their lash extension treatment. They make my eyes look extremely beautiful and voluminous. Highly recommended to all!
They are the pros of French manicure. I love their services and have always recommended them to all my friends and relatives.
It seems the staff at Pembina location have memory loss, I specifically requested for shellac manicure ( i got from groupon), i kept reminding the lady but at the end i got the regular manicure which i had to pay extra for the stupid manicure and the lady never showed any remorse.... she's like ...you just pay 15$ for the regular manicure and re book appointment for the shellac manicure! seriously???? I was so upset! making me pay extra for your mistake... not acceptable at all.
I went here on December 22/15. It was very very busy due to the time of year. I was sceptical about the quality due to the business but 2 weeks 4 days later my shellac manicure is still not chipped.
After seeing posh on Instagram I decided to see what all the hype was about. I LOVE my nails! Great service, fun atmosphere and beautiful salon. The girl who did my nails even gave me her personal phone number so I can just text her when I want to come back and I definitely will be going back!
POSH NAILS BOTH LOCATIONS MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD when paying to get your nails done you would like to be satisfied and not regretful. the first time i attended POSH i went to their osborne location, whell there i recieved a manicure that was susposed to last 3 weeks or longer..as she had promised it didnt so me and my friend went back after they said they would fix it..we went back and they didnt fix the solar nails they just gave us a reg ol mani . ghee thank and not to mention whell we were there the staff was fighting with eachother full out.. are u kidding me ??? never went back !!! POSH NAILS PEMBINA went here recently because i had heard better things about the other sister that works here..she did my nails perfect ! best nails ive ever had, BUTas for my friend.. she rushed her basically..left the permanent color all over the tips of her fingers, and then when i looked at my bill the next day or so she had charged all these extra fees 5 dollars for an oval shape ?? really since when..5 dollars a gem are u kidding me???, are u kidding she said to me well now next time u know...there wont ever be a next time and i work with alot of girls ill make sure everyone i knows does not go here. good luck for the new year posh im sure ull go under soon.
I was looking forward to getting my nails filled. When I went into the salon, the lady said there would be a 15 minute wait, which was fine for me at the time. Well, when I finally was being served, the girl was talking on her phone while doing my nails all the while getting cotton ball fluffs stuck in my hardened gel nails. When I kindly asked if she was going to fix it she said "Well I am a professional!!!" and rolled her eyes. Not only did I get bad service, but the lady that served me was rude and bossy. I recommend that NO ONE go this salon because there are better services out there who will greet you kindly and respectfully.
Booked for our wedding packages, the salon was very clean & accommodating. All the girls were pamper and happy, best of all the price were just unbelievable.
Was referred by a friend , decided to try out this place. Booked an appointment for mani & Pedi & Brow threading. Show up for my appointment , have to waited for 10 minutes, the place was extremely busy. Manpreet did a fabulous works on me, my feet was nice & soft & my brow look beautiful , the best that I ever had. Best of all, their prices are so affordable for such a classy salon
I was very disappointed with the service and both sorry and glad to read a review that mirrors our experience. My niece and I booked appointments for 5 p.m. I booked a full facial but left 40 minutes later after still not having the service. My niece stayed because she was told the staff person who was to provide her with lash extensions was on her way. I picked my niece up 3 hours later and the staff person never showed up so they drove her to Corydon and charged her just short of $60 over the advertised price for the service. We were shocked. I will be going back to ask for my nieces $60 back, but after reading the previous review on this site I suspect we will not get our money back. The other commonality is that the head person (perhaps the owner) was on the remote phone frequently while doing a manicure. There is more I could say, including about cleanliness, but won't. I will not go back. How does this happen?
I called ahead to see if I needed an appt and was told no. I requested a mani/pedi when I got there. All started well... my feet soaked while an attendant was ready for me. I started with one person doing my toes. She did a great job and was very pleasant. I assumed she would continue and do my fingers... Another person came in and she moved on to her to start her pedi instead of continuing on me. I was told another person, who was finishing another client's toes would do my fingers. She went on to complete her fingers and I waited and waited and waited. Two friends came to pick my up and requested mani/pedis and were turned away and had to wait an hour for me while I waited. The girl who finally did my fingers was also pleasant but I rushed her along and it was anything was relaxing. The owner was in the room and was aware of what was going on. I noticed she was talking on her cell while working on a client... Not good. Once at reception, I complained but wasn't offered any apology or discount. I would never go back and would advise the owner to get her act together. If I had been offered a break.. I probably wouldn't be writing this. Good service counts for a lot and I felt like I got shuffled around. I understand one may be short staffed but it's discourteous to waste my time. If they couldn't do the job, they should have told me so or suggested it would take hours. That's just rude.
